Analytics

Numbers from the platforms themselves, ingested daily and rolled up the way you actually ask questions: by account, brand, platform and date range.

Each platform, in its own words

Platforms measure different things, and renaming them into one fake vocabulary hides what they mean. ScheduleLater keeps each platform’s own metric names.

  • Instagram: views, reach, likes, comments.
  • Facebook: impressions, reach, likes, comments.
  • TikTok: views, likes, comments, shares.
  • YouTube: views, likes, comments.
  • X: impressions, likes, replies, reposts.

Honest gaps beat invented numbers

TikTok offers third parties no day-by-day metrics, so TikTok’s daily charts stay empty rather than showing a made-up curve. Per-post TikTok numbers are real and present. Where a platform retires a metric, the chart says so instead of quietly zeroing.

Every post carries its own results

Open any published post and its lifetime metrics are there, fetched on a schedule from the platform. Rollups answer the range questions: this week against last, one brand against another, a platform’s share of the total.

What each platform reports

Grain
Per-day records per account, kept in partitioned storage built for range scans.
Rollups
Computed server-side over the real records, never client-side approximations.
Charts
Rendered as plain SVG; no third-party chart service sees your numbers.
